Steaming is really easy. You just add a small amount of water to your vegis and put it on low until the colors pop (greens are bright green, Carrots are bright orange, ETC.) They even have steamers out now that make it even easier!

as for fruits, a lot of them you can just mash, or use a mixer or blender. For harder fruits, just add a little water to get the consistency right.</description>

		<description>I would google it to find recipes. My sister was a health freak and we just basically cooked all kinds of food. Chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, etc. Blended each up, poured in ice cube trays. Freeze, pop them out and microwave when needed.</description>
